Organize Simpli.t
Your files, in the right place.
A clearer mind.
Your files find their place.
Make it yours
Organize works locally without AI, an API key or an open agent. Use your AI agent only if you want to adapt the software. Organize must stay running in the background to sort new files. Sorting uses file names, types and your rules, without reading document contents. Uncertain matches remain unsorted. Existing files are only moved after an explicit preview and confirmation. Files with the same name are numbered rather than overwritten. A first search across the PC can take longer; its folder index is then reused.
Getting StartedKeep new downloads tidy with automatic filing into your existing folders. Choose the folders to watch, set your own rules and preview how older files would be sorted. You can also ask your AI agent to adapt its appearance or behavior.
No AI agent needed for sorting. Organize stays active in the background.
Get started with Organize
Download and extract the folder
Download the ZIP, choose “Extract all” and open the extracted Organize-Simplit folder.
Install the software
Open Installer.cmd and follow the installation. A desktop shortcut is created. At the end, choose whether to launch Organize when Windows starts. Sorting remains off until you activate it.
Customize your sorting
By default, Organize watches Downloads and looks for a suitable folder for new files within Documents, Pictures, Videos and Music. Adjust the folders and rules to your needs, save, then click Activate to turn on automatic sorting. Closing the panel keeps Organize running in the background.
If you prefer your AI agent to install and set up Organize Simpli.t, complete step 1. With the unzipped folder selected as the project folder in your agent, simply ask: Set up Organize Simpli.t for me.
Try asking your agent
“Add a sorting rule for my invoices.”
“Change the panel’s colors.”
“Adapt the folder creation categories to my needs.”
